How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we transfer the refund directly to your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Account within 3 to 5 business days after approving the request.
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will gladly handcraft and ship a replacement parcel to you at no extra cost.
