Payment Methods
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide across Pakistan, along with advance payments via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Direct Bank Transfer.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard Shipping takes 2-4 working days across Pakistan and costs a flat Rs. 200. Express Urgent Air Courier takes 24-48 hours.
Product Care & Quality
Yes! Every single bouquet is arranged stem by stem and every scrunchie is stitched by hand in small batches in Karachi.
Returns & Refunds
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us on WhatsApp within 12 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
