To process and dispatch your orders, we collect your name, delivery address, contact phone number, and email address. If you pay via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash, we verify transaction receipt numbers.
We do not store or process financial debit/credit card numbers directly.
How Your Data Is Used
Your phone number and shipping address are strictly used to fulfill parcel delivery through courier services (TCS / Leopards / Swyft) and to send order tracking links via WhatsApp.
We never sell, trade, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.
Data Security & Protection
All user information transmitted on Dazzle Craft is encrypted via SSL security. Order history is stored securely to handle returns, warranty claims, and account history.

Order Confirmation & Acceptance
Orders placed on the website or WhatsApp are confirmed upon dispatch or receipt of order confirmation. Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable taxes.
Handmade Crafts & Batch Variations
Every single product at Dazzle Craft is finished by hand in small batches. Minor variations in fabric texture, floral color tone, or stitching are natural marks of handmade authenticity.
Payment Options & Custom Deposits
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide, alongside advance bank transfers, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. Customized bulk orders require a 30% advance deposit.
Delivery & Shipping Guarantees
Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days across Pakistan at a flat Rs. 200 charge. Express Delivery takes 24-48 hours.
Return & Refund Policy
If an item arrives damaged or defective, report it within 12 hours of delivery on WhatsApp. Approved refunds are credited within 3-5 working days.
